Role: Customer Care Advocate

Assignment: Pharmacy-Inbound call center environment

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Will be hired in Cincinnati and move to Springdale, OH 10/2017)

Be a part of Service Operations –provide perfect service and guidance to members.

Humana Pharmacy is seeking Customer Care Advocate's for our call center to directly respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers.

  • Receive, document and resolve customer inquiries by using established best practices

  • Build lasting relationships with Humana’s members

  • Educate members, providers and employers about Humana’s pharmacy products and services over the telephone

  • Enjoy working within a team in a professional environment and being accountability for your own actions, emotions and relationships

    Role Essentials:

  • Minimal of High School Diploma or GED is required

  • Ability to multitask within several computer systems while on the phone

  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality

  • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology systems and applications

  • Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must have basic computer skills/typing ability

  • Must be available to work an 8 hour shift Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M. including holidays (with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas)

  • Must have availability to work overtime as needed and during peak season, January through March (Can include Saturdays)

    Role Desirables:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Prior experience in the Pharmacy field to include Mail Order Pharmacy

  • One call resolution call center experience

    Reporting Relationships

  • You will report to a Frontline Leader
