Humana is seeking a motivated, self -starting individual to sell the Humana Medicare Advantage Plans as well as traditional insurance products. This will require building relationships with Humana’s customers, external business partners and within the community.
Meet with eligible participants with the goal of enrollment and presenting product information for Medicare Advantage Private Fee for Service (PFFS), Medicare PPO and HMO plans
Market long-term care, life insurance, and other specialty products for the senior population to sell and promote Medicare products.
Conduct one-on-one and group presentations.
Generate your own sales leads from various sources.
Apply strong sales acumen skills in generating and closing leads.
High School Diploma
Active Nevada Health & Life Insurance License
Motivated self-starter, with excellent time management and organization
Proficient in Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook & Mobile Applications
This role is part of Humana’s Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Sales experience in a managed health care setting
Bilingual in English and one of the following languages- Spanish or Tagalog. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
You will report to a Sales Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
