Become part of our Perfect Service World in Humana’s Agent Support Unit -- resolve agent issues with outstanding customer service skills and knowledge. Humana is seeking a phone specialist who will address and resolve agent and partner concerns. If necessary, report your findings to the appropriate business areas to drive process and product enhancements. Daily Assignment * Respond to agent issues while complying with all regulatory requirements * Adhere to internal processes and guidelines * Build Humana’s brand image with agents and internal departmental customers by providing effective and efficient service. * This role will be part of our Variable Staffing Pool (VSP), which is defined as Humana associates who work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week.
Role Essentials * Comprehensive knowledge of customer service standards * Multi-tasking skills (i.e. typing while on the phone with an agent) * Fluent typing skills a must * Ability to stay on task in a busy call center environment * Must maintain a high level of emotional intelligence at all times * Capacity to be punctual and reliable in role * Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Role Desirables * Associates or Bachelor’s Degree * Previous call center experience
