As the MRM Business Analyst, the associate will: work on the Medical Records Management Team, supporting both the Provider and Associate Portals. The associate will provide all support for the MRM tool including, but not limited to implementing enhancements, security, functionality and testing. In addition, the associate will address issues and provide testing/training on new functionality. Lastly, the associate will occasionally write project requirements/features and attend IT scrum calls.

Role Essentials * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and Visio (or similar database management application) * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Prior testing and use case development experience * Ability to problem solve
Role Desirables * Billing and/or medical records processing and audit experience * Basic Macro experience and/or knowledge of relational databases * Relevant industry experience
· Prior experience with SQuIDS testing database
· Knowledge of Medical Records Management system
· Strong operational understanding of provider networks and capitation systems and how they impact claim processing and provider relationships
· Access and SQL relational DB experience
· Production support experience/operations
You will report to a Process Consultant and a Manager. This area is under the leadership of the VP of Provider Process Services (PPS)
