This role will require a highly articulate individual who is at ease in providing technical support to Senior Executives and Assistants. It will require mature knowledge and skills in the areas of networking and client/server technologies. This includes advanced experience is in support of PCs, Apple products, mobility, collaboration, print and more advanced fringe technologies. The chosen candidate will provide 24x7 “white glove” desk-side, phone, and email troubleshooting for AV and IT related issues.
