To ensure that patients and other visitors have a pleasant, satisfying and courteous experience with the center. Role activities include the following but are not limited to:
Greets patients upon arrival to the Center.
Ensures that our patients reach their destination.
Guides patients throughout the Medical Center.
Orients patients according to their needs or channels them to the most appropriate individuals.
Serves as a resource to the public by answering routine questions.
Maintains professional conduct and appearance, and ensures that waiting area (s) are clean and tidy at all times.
Resolves simple patient issues.
Ensures our patients are satisfied when visiting our facility.
Provides excellent customer service for our patients
Extends a prompt, polite and professional greeting to all patients and visitors.
Assumes the additional duties of others in his or her absence.
Maintains patient and business confidentiality at all times and treats patients, the public and co-workers in a professional manner.
Performs others duties as assigned.
Must be cross trained in other center job functions as requested by Center Administrator.
Supports company philosophies, objectives, decisions and policies.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Minimum one year in a customer or patient facing role
Bilingual English/Spanish- Must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in fast paced and at times stressful environment while always displaying excellent customer service skills
General computer skills and proficiency
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB
If selected for this role, you will be required to complete and pass background check/investigation for AHCA compliance
Medical or Healthcare environment experience
