Be a part of the Administrative Services world - coordinate, organize, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
Humana is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to provide effective organizational support, building a strong foundation upon which Humana's business objectives and value proposition can be executed.
Post financial transactions
Maintain organization over all documents and filing activity
Run daily/weekly/monthly reports for leadership
High School Diploma
2 years of front desk receptionist experience in a clinical health environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB
If selected for this role, you will be required to complete and pass background check/investigation for AHCA Level 2 background check is required for this role.
Prior Accounts data entry experience
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, internet research and proof-reading/editing.
1 year minimum of previous Customer Service Experience (preferably on the phone)
