Summary assignment Capsule:

Be a part of the Administrative Services world - coordinate, organize, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Humana is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to provide effective organizational support, building a strong foundation upon which Humana's business objectives and value proposition can be executed.

  • Post financial transactions

  • Fax documents

  • Maintain organization over all documents and filing activity

  • Make copies

  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports for leadership

    Role Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • 2 years of front desk receptionist experience in a clinical health environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking

  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department

  • This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

  • If selected for this role, you will be required to complete and pass background check/investigation for AHCA Level 2 background check is required for this role.

    Role Desirables

  • Prior Accounts data entry experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, internet research and proof-reading/editing.

  • 1 year minimum of previous Customer Service Experience (preferably on the phone)
