Humana is seeking an Inside Sales Executive who will: use business to business sales skills and product expertise to influence internal and external customers, optimizing business outcomes in the process. Provide information about Humana’s products, coverage plans and value proposition to brokers over the telephone
Influence the selling behaviors of the agents/brokers within your territory assignment
Meet and consistently exceed sales and activity goals established for individual representatives and teams
High School Diploma
Prior sales experience Role Desirables
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree of Art or Science
Prior Sales experiene in the Health solutions Industry
Valid state health and life insurance licenses Reporting Relationships
