The Market Administrative Support representatives provide general administrative support to the sales team in the market office. The general support will include preparing paper quotes (when required) and preparing materials for finalist meetings with the customer/prospect and/or broker. They will prepare Open Enrollment (OE) materials to be used by the sales team during OE meetings and collect and create OE files as appropriate. Additionally, the Market Administrative Support representative will perform other routine administrative duties to support the office where they reside.

Major Responsibilities

  • Preparing documents to support quotes in response to Requests for Quote

  • Collecting, preparing, organizing, duplicating and assimilating documents in support of meetings

  • Planning and coordinating meetings in support of the sales processes.

  • Organize and file key documents to support the sales team and sales process

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes as appropriate, record and track key action items

    Role Essentials

  • Knowledge of Employer Group processes and systems

  • Effective communication skills

  • This role is part of Humana’s Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. Role Desirables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or comparable experience and background
