Assignment Capsule Be a part of the Sales Team – support the sales team as a sales resource from an administration standpoint.
Humana is seeking a Manager of Sales Administration to act as a resource liaison supporting both sales acquisitions and account renewals, effectively distributing resources to meet staffing requirements. The Manager of Sales Administration tracks progress towards achieving key business goals, managing sales data and reporting on customer and associate sales activity. The Manager of Sales Administration may lead one or more associates in the support of pre-sales activity or other sales associates' needs.
Provide administrative leadership for a team of managers and sales associates
Supervise the sales support staff to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all processes and transactions that affect sales results
Explain and enforce policies and procedures consistent with Humana’s guidelines and goals, identifying and developing methods for continuous improvement at all levels
Partner closely with the Market Director to ensure regulatory compliance and to improve human capital strategies, business planning and management

Prior administrative management experience, preferably in the health solutions industry
Valid state health and life insurance licenses
Reporting Relationships You will have 2-3 direct reports, and you will report to a Market Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
