The Integrated Health Analytics team supports the corporate initiative of growing the connection between CenterWell and Insurance segments. This team works closely with the operational growth teams and finance to accelerate the experience of Humana members using CenterWell assets.
This role uses advanced or predictive modeling to develop, test, and validate cases to grow our multi-asset utilization.
Areas of responsibility for this role include analyzing and tracking initiatives, creating dashboards, contributing to opportunity sizing potential initiatives, and gathering data for go/no go analysis for nationwide deployment of initiatives.
This role requires strong skills querying and analyzing complex data from multiple sources, as well as an understanding of basic statistical concepts.
The Senior Informaticist solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Work assignments for this role involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience
Proven ability to translate complex methodologies and analytical results to higher-level business insights and key takeaways
2 + years of experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
2+ years of experience using SQL to analyze complex datasets
2+ years of experience with data visualization tools, Power BI preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline
Experience with the Azure Synapse Analytics platform or other cloud-based data transformation tools
Previous experience with health care data

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$86,600 - $119,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
