The PNO Manager drives the operational execution of CarePlus’ business strategy by acting as liaison to alleviate barriers to cooperation and collaboration and encouraging ongoing feedback to ensure all associates can contribute at optimal levels.
· Work with multiple operational areas to ensure support is provided as needed. * Improve internal departmental processes to enhance effectiveness. * Work with multiple business partners to identify and resolve issues. * Work with vendors to evaluate new products and/or opportunities. · Report activities and progress towards goals and objectives. · Ability to solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.· Describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. · Ability to develop and implement databases and statistical dashboards. · Ability to interpret geographical and accessibility analysis.
Role Essentials * Bachelor's degree or a minimum 5 years healthcare analytics experience * Demonstrated success working in collaboration with multiple departments and disciplines. * Advanced computer skills in MS Office Access, Excel, Word, SQL Server Management Studio. * Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication skills. * Solid understanding of process / work flow concepts. * Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Role Desirables * Proven leadership skills and experience directly managing a team of seasoned professionals. * Software knowledge in MS PowerPoint, Qlikview, Maptitude and Quest Analytics.
You will report to a PNO Director. This area is under the direction of Market VP.
