Humana is seeking a Clinical Technologies & Capabilities Consultant you will be accountable for developing and maintaining key relationships and work with assigned area to optimize business results. In this role you will: * Manage clinical technology projects involving cross-functional teams and systems.

  • Identify solutions to meet the need of business partners while considering budget, resources, system capabilities and strategy.

  • Represent CTC to internal and external audiences, as required.

  • Primary responsibility for the creation of requirements documentation that satisfy the business need

  • Responsibility to ensure the technical design of the solution is true to the vision laid out for Humana’s clinical application

  • Ability to manage several low to mid-level complexity projects simultaneously and with little supervision

  • Ability to manage projects at different stages of the development and pre-development project cycles simultaneously

  • Partner with Information Technology, subject matter experts, to develop and deploy Integrated Clinical Solutions for our clients

  • Initiate and facilitate meetings between the business and IT to identify modifications and improvements for the System

    Role Essentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Prior experience writing requirements and completing project management documentation

  • Proven, successful project management experience managing multiple projects and priorities

  • Experience managing medium to large scale projects in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to all levels of Associates in the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong facilitation skills

  • Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel) Role Desirables

  • Experience managing medium to large scale projects in a fast paced environment

  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and post production validation (PPV)

  • Knowledge of Clinical technology/CareHub platform

  • Prior group implementation and/or project management experience

  • PMP Certification
