Humana is seeking a DLP Technology Tech Consultant who will perform design and maintenance tasks including installation, customization, documentation, debugging and performance tuning on complex projects with system-wide ramifications. You will also act as an area expert on special projects, assisting with the adoption of new technology and creating and refining best-practices. Primary Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the identification, assessment and resolution of potential data leakage events and recurring procedures
Expand existing Data Leakage Protection (DLP) support capabilities
Assist in identifying risk mitigation opportunities for various data egress points through data analysis, information classification and an assessment of business versus security risk
Ability to self-direct and work independently when necessary and clearly articulate technical concepts / issues to both technical and non-technical peers and management
Ability to provide information, coaching and guidance to internal Humana associates
Contribute to overall DLP process improvements and documentation
Represent and contribute to the overall DLP strategies and solutions
Work with Human Resources and Privacy for documenting and reporting DLP violations

Ability to extract, analyze, and correlate data from multiple disparate systems and present an accurate representation of the facts related to an event
Basic understanding and experience using Microsoft Windows, Email, Instant Messaging, etc
Ability to identify risk areas for potential DLP exposures Role Desirables
Preventive Maintenance Program, Certified Information Systems Security Professional and/or
Certified Information Systems Auditor certifications
Demonstrated project management experience
Microsoft certification Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Technology Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
