Be a part of our Network Trend Management team where you will help maintain a competitive network for our members. As a Consultant you will work with internal business groups on the following assignments: • Monitor Network trend activities; validate savings and work with Healthcare Economics on corporate reporting• Identify opportunities to decrease costs, improve quality and provider/member satisfaction • Run Hospital Contracting Approval Process• Complete ad hoc reporting requests

Responsibilities

Be a part of our Network Trend Management team where you will help maintain a competitive network for our members. As a Consultant you will work with internal business groups on the following assignments:

 

• Monitor Network trend activities; validate savings and work with Healthcare Economics on corporate reporting

• Identify opportunities to decrease costs, improve quality and provider/member satisfaction 

• Run Hospital Contracting Approval Process

• Complete ad hoc reporting requests

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of analytics or process experience

• Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint

• Strong financial analysis experience(this is defined as the ability to take large data sets, draw conclusions, put into a consumable format for an audience and make recommendations)

• Good financial acumen (knowledge of financial modeling, analyses and trends)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organization

• Self-directed and flexible

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)

• Good understanding of provider contract language and reimbursement methodology

• Process management and improvement experience

• Project management experience

• Ability to work with data using SQL SAS, Access, Tableau, or similar

• Six Sigma and/or PMP certification

• Medical claims experience
