The Senior Professional, Clinical Campaign Management produces of a wide range of print projects for external and internal audiences. The Senior Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Humana is seeking a Senior Professional in the Clinical Campaign Development Team, to provide leadership in the strategic build of integrated communication campaigns leveraging the enterprise CRM applications. You will consult with the PMA strategy and operations teams as well as analytics teams to build campaigns with efficiency and accuracy to meet key strategic goals. You will provide subject matter expertise on the capabilities of campaign management, as well as assist in the build of campaigns through development best practices. You will interact with our IT and Enterprise Messaging partners to enhance PMA capabilities in order to continue to meet our shared business objectives. In this role you will also:
Be the subject matter expert on enterprise campaign management for Proactive Messaging and Analytics.
Consult with business partners both inside and outside of Proactive Care on capabilities within campaign management.
Partner with other members of Proactive, business and IT partners in order to develop the optimal campaign build for the given communication / situation.
Providing expertise in the optimization, measuring and monitoring of campaigns.
Capitalizing on Next Best Action, Multi-Variant testing and Test/Adjust opportunities
Minimum of 5 -7 years excelling in a field such as strategy consulting, brand strategy, brand management and/or marketing planning.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or consummate experience
Self-starter and problem solver
Experience with SQL.
Demonstrated ability to function in a consultative capacity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Prefer candidates with 3-5 year's experience in campaign management
Experience building campaigns in a campaign management system and/or working with CRM solutions (ideally 2+ years)
Campaign Management experience with IBM Campaign (Unica)
Familiarity with Humana core systems
Previous IT development experience
Consumer behavior or direct response marketing experience
